YouTube and video creation

I'll be completely honest, like 85% of my creative effort is because I've wanted to be a YouTuber since I was 10. And I've been trying for a while! Because of how long I've been going, there's a lot to discuss.

• My second channel attempt, Algodoo marble racing videos (2015)
• Cublex as a YouTube channel, sometimes doing my all to fulfill 10 year old me's dream (2015-present)
• The Unedited Era, bad unedited mobile let's plays (2015-2016)
• The Bracket Era, less bad more variety with editing sometimes (2016-2018)
• The Quiet Era, a smattering of random uploads during a quiet period (2018-2020)
• The Border Era, much better edited gameplays (2020-2021)
• The Project Era, occasional let's plays and random stuff between projects (2022-present)
• Cublex Uploads Daily, videos created every day as long as I can manage (2021-2022)
• Season 1, shockingly successful first attempt
• Season 2, also incredibly successful
• Season 3, disappointing comparatively, but higher quality overall
• Sunday to Saturday, a daily vlog uploaded weekly (2023)
• Plant Review, the only plant review show made by someone with very little plant experience (2023)

In addition, there's things I can't link to.

My very first channel was definitely started before I could actually be on the platform, and because of that it no longer exists. I really wish I still had the videos, there's some (read as: three) fond memories. (2014-2015)

For my graduation project, I turned the morning announcements at my high school into a video series for every day. They're still doing videos even though I'm not there anymore, which is awesome. (2020-2021)

This is the one medium I can guarantee that I will be doing for a long time. Don't touch that dial!
